Already have a buyer or seller for your product?

Yes. Buyers and sellers can be located anywhere in India.

• Prepaid order: Your earnings are added to your Resellpur account once the product passes verification.
• COD order: Your earnings are added once the product is delivered to the buyer, as confirmed by the courier tracking status.

Once the product is verified or delivered, your earnings will be added to your Resellpur account. You can withdraw the amount anytime using your registered bank details. See video for the complete withdrawal process.

For prepaid orders, you need to make the payment while placing the order. For COD orders, simply select the COD payment method at checkout and place the order.

Charges vary depending on the product price, weight, and the buyer's payment method. Use the charge calculator above to see the complete price breakdown.

The buyer and seller can decide between themselves who will bear the shipping cost from the seller's location to our warehouse.

Verification points vary by product category. Please refer to the Checkpoints section above to see what we verify for your specific category.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we verify and ship it within 24 hours. After dispatch, courier delivery usually takes 2–6 days, depending on the buyer's pincode.

Doorstep verification and pickup are currently available only in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad, and only for selected categories. If your seller is located in one of these cities, contact our support team to check whether doorstep verification and pickup are available (extra charges may apply).

The seller may have disabled COD option while listing the product. Ask the seller to edit the listing and enable COD.

If the product fails verification because it is defective, broken, or significantly different from the agreed condition, we will initiate a refund to the buyer and return the product to the seller. The seller will bear the return shipping cost.

• Seller's location to Resellpur warehouse: The seller is responsible for the shipment and any damage during transit as seller will be handling the packaging and shipping for this part.
• Resellpur's warehouse to Buyer's location: Resellpur is responsible, as we handle the packaging and shipping from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, digital products are not supported at this time. We currently support physical products only.

No. If Resellpur is involved in the transaction, the product must go through Resellpur for verification and processing. We cannot facilitate payment for a direct buyer-seller handover.

The buyer must record a clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video and contact Resellpur within 2 days of delivery. This video is mandatory and will be required to investigate and resolve the issue.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we unbox it and share a verification video in the escrow group within 12–24 hours. After the buyer confirms, we reship the product within the next 12–24 hours.
